ReservationsIn order to secure your reservation, we need full credit card
details in the name of the cardholder. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Cash or Travelers checks.

Cancellation
Policy
Smillie's Bed & Breakfast rents rooms by advance reservations. When you reserve we agree to turn away all other requests
for the room(s) you reserved, guaranteeing to hold them for the day(s) you
requested. We want our policy to be fair for our guests, yet prevent loss of
income to our B&B by cancellations. The following cancellation policy will be
used:
50% non-refundable deposit will be charged to your credit card at the time
you make your reservation. This deposit will be applied to your total cost and is not
refundable.
Cancellations must be received 30 days before your
scheduled arrival. If
you cancel with less than 30 days notice, we reserve the right to fully
charge
for your total reservation. Please note the 30 days notice
also applies to any
reduction in the number of nights you have committed to stay.
Minimum StayWe have a 2 night minimum stay requirement on weekends and over
holiday periods (Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun combination). Extra people $20.00 per person added.

Parking
Available on the property.
BreakfastFull breakfast is included.
We also rent the suites without breakfast for a reduced rate.
All rooms have kitchenettes.
ChildrenSmillie's B&B is primarily adult oriented.
PetsIn consideration for those who have allergies, we have a no pet policy

Non smoking only.
