POLICY INFORMATION
Reservations
In order to secure your reservation, we require full credit card details in the name of the cardholder or a cash deposit equivalent to the first night’s stay. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, cash or Traveller’s Cheques.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, we require 7 days notice. A one-night charge will apply if a room is cancelled in less than 7 days or if you do not arrive without cancelling.
Minimum Stay
We have a 2 night minimum stay requirement on weekends and over holiday periods (Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun combination) during the high season.
Check-In Time
Anytime after 3pm.
Check-Out Time
11am.

Available on the property.

Full breakfast is included.

Smillies’ B & B is primarily adult oriented.
